Digium and Cyclix Enter into Strategic Partnership
Cyclix Joins Digium’s Partner Program as a Service Partner

NEWPORT BEACH, CA and HUNTSVILLE, AL — July 31, 2006 — Digium, Inc., the creator of Asterisk™ and pioneer of open source telephony, and Cyclix, a leading global provider of next-generation VoIP termination to the PSTN for high volume telecom users such as Call Centers, Enterprise users, Teleconferencing Companies and Internet Voice Response (IVR) users, today announced that Cyclix has become a Digium service partner. As a result of this agreement, Digium and Cyclix will partner in marketing initiatives to resellers interested in the cost and flexibility benefits of an open source telephony solution.

The alliance provides Digium and Cyclix’s channel partners worldwide to expand their portfolio of VoIP service-offerings and provide customers with a highly fault-tolerant, cost-effective and feature-rich VoIP solution. Cyclix provides SIP-based VoIP solutions that fully support the Digium open source platform.
